University students can earn certificates in nuclear power technology while completing undergraduate degrees in engineering disciplines other than nuclear: mechanical engineering, electrical engineering chemical engineering, engineering physics and engineering technology.

Two-year and four-year students can participate in the Systems Engineering Initiative, a program of multidisciplinary teams addressing real-world problems at nuclear power plants.
